Who can use the service

Codela is only for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are. We may close an account if we believe its owner is under 18.

Your account

• Give us an email address that you own and can access.
• Keep your login, and the email or Google account you sign in with, private and secure.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account and for how you use the numbers and codes you buy.

What we provide

• We provide temporary numbers for receiving verification codes online. A number works for one verification only and is held for a limited time.
• We cannot guarantee that a particular website or app will accept a number or send a code to it.
• Other apps and websites are not run by us. Using one of their services with our numbers does not change their rules, and they may block or close accounts under those rules.

Wallet and prices

• Prices are in naira. The exact price is shown before you pay, and prices can change with stock and supplier costs.
• You fund your wallet through our payment provider. A top-up is added to your wallet only after the payment is confirmed.
• Your wallet holds credit for buying on our service. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.

Refunds

If no code arrives, the full price goes back to your wallet automatically. Our refund policy has the full rules.

Fraud and other misuse

Numbers and codes from Codela must not be used for fraud, scams, identity theft or any other illegal activity. Our rules set out what else is not allowed.

If you break these terms

We may cancel purchases, freeze a wallet while we look into a problem, suspend or close an account, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

Developers and resellers

If you use our API, keep your keys secret. These terms and our rules apply to everything done with your keys, including by your own customers.

Availability and liability

The service depends on suppliers and networks we do not control, so it may sometimes be unavailable and is provided without a promise of uninterrupted service.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losing access to an account on another service. Our liability for a claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will note the date at the top. If you keep using the service after an update, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
