Refund policy
If no code arrives, your money comes back on its own. This page explains when refunds apply and how they work.
Last updated 31 October 2026
When you get a refund
- No code arrives before the timer on your order ends.
- You cancel while you are waiting for a code. Cancelling becomes available shortly after your number is ready.
- We cannot provide or replace the number, or our supplier withdraws it.
How refunds work
- The full price goes back to your wallet automatically. There is no ticket to open and no claim window.
- Refunds are designed to reach your wallet within a minute of the timer ending.
- Every refund appears in your wallet ledger with its own reference.
Replacing a number
While you are waiting for a code, you can replace the number at no extra cost, up to the limit shown on your order. If no replacement is available, the order is cancelled and refunded.
When a refund does not apply
- A code has been delivered. The purchase is then complete, even if the app later rejects the code or you do not use it.
- Money may be held while we look into suspected fraud or a breach of our rules.
Wallet top-ups
- A top-up is added to your wallet once our payment provider confirms it.
- If you paid and your wallet was not credited, message support with your payment reference and we will look into it.
- If a top-up is later reversed or disputed, we may restrict the account until it is resolved.
Unused wallet balance
Refunds for failed orders go to your wallet, not your bank account. Your balance can be used for any purchase. There is no automatic withdrawal: to ask for unused balance to be returned to your bank account, message support. We review each request and may ask you to show that the payment was yours.
