Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the name and email Google shares with us. We never see your Google password.
• Wallet and order records: top-ups, purchases, refunds, the numbers you bought and the codes received on them.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as errors and the time of requests) that help us keep the service running and secure.
• Live chat: the messages you send us by live chat.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

• To run your account, wallet and orders, and to show you your own codes.
• To process payments and refunds, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To answer support messages and to send account emails such as sign-in links.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the service: our database and sign-in provider (Supabase), our payment provider (Nomba), our number supplier, our live chat provider (tawk.to) and our hosting providers (Netlify and Render). They receive only what they need to do their job. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Live chat

tawk.to runs our live support chat. Messages you send by live chat are collected, and tawk.to sets its own cookies to keep the chat open.

Your codes are private

The numbers and codes on your account are visible only when you are signed in to it. We delete codes 24 hours after an order closes.

Your choices

• You can ask us to correct your account details by messaging support.
• You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by messaging support. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records.

Adults only

Codela is only for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We do not store passwords: you sign in with an email link or with Google, so please keep access to your email and Google accounts secure. Money and orders are recorded so that they cannot be spent or refunded twice. No system is perfectly secure.
